Vidrip Try-On processes a shopper's photo only to produce the try-on they asked for. Photos are stored in a private bucket, checked by automated moderation, used for the request, and deleted within 24 hours unless the shopper chooses to keep an avatar. An avatar is body measurements and a mesh, never a photo and never a face template. No face recognition is performed.

3D body. If you ask for a 3D body, we estimate your body shape from your photo and keep a 3D model and body measurements, never the photo. Your face is not modelled: every 3D body uses the same average head. It is kept for 30 days, or a year if you choose, and you can delete it at any time from the try-on page. The retailer receives your measurements.

Live mirror. The live mirror tracks your body on your own device. The camera feed is not sent anywhere. Only a photo you choose to take is uploaded, under the same rules as any other photo.

Sign in with Vidrip. If you sign in with your Vidrip account, we store an account identifier so you can reuse a saved 3D body at other stores. A store gets your saved body only when you choose to use it there. We do not receive your Vidrip password, and we do not keep Vidrip access tokens.

The retailer whose store you used receives the try-on output, never your photo. If you delete your data, the retailer is told to delete its copy. Write to [email protected] to exercise your rights.
